This happiest and most delicious event in the north opens its doors again at the North Peace Cultural Centre at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2016. For the price of a ticket ($15 single, $25 family of four with extra family members at $5 each, and preschoolers free!), patrons have the opportunity for unlimited tasting of over 100 deliciously decadent chocolate confections donated by home and commercial bakers and chocolatiers as part of Peace Arts Gallery Society’s Chocolate Festival..
A live auction for the beautiful baked goods begins around 6:45 and while enjoying the tasting treats, both adults and kids with adult supervision, can place bids at their respective silent auction tables. There is something for everyone at this amazing event. Proceeds from the Chocolate Festival go to the support of children’s arts programming in the form of an expanded free Kids’ Art Camp during the summer, and to support the arts in many forms.
