A true dance experience as much as a fitness experience.
The workout program is designed as both a fitness and an educational experience where you will sample and practice the moves and combinations of classic bellydance. It is gentle, but it will work your body to enhance your muscle tone, flexibility and fluidity, and promote weight loss. With a special focus on muscle memory and conditioning, the program works each group of muscles deeply, using carefully built combinations to switch between muscle groups and add intensity to the workout. You will be inspired to do your best in executing each move with the proper depth, range of motion, and articulation.

Starting Thursday September 18th @ 7:30 to 8:30 ‘till November 20th
You should wear…tight top, legging or comfortable stretching pants, hip scarf.. I have some to share =:-D
