Flying Colours Printmaking Marathon

Flying Colours’ Printmaking Marathon is a fundraising event conceived in support of the North Peace Cultural Centre’s 20th Anniversary Celebration in 2013.

Members of Flying Colours will be working on and demonstrating the processes involved in creating a variety of original, hand-pulled prints at the North Peace Cultural Centre on Friday and Saturday, April 12th and 13th from 10:00 to 5:00. The event will place in the meeting room next door to the gallery and will be open to the public.  Viewers will be able to watch the prints being made and matted, to see completed works on display and talk with the artists.  Some work may be for sale.

Funds raised will support the publication of a brochure and map as a guide to the ART WALK and STUDIO CRAWL, which will take place during the first 20 days in June.

We thank our generous sponsor, Paragon Refrigeration, for supporting this event.
