Congratulations to our own Rosemary Landry, the City of Fort St. John Citizen of the Year. Rosemary was, for many years, the president of the Arts Council, as well as being active with the North Peace Potters’ Guild, Flying Colours Artists Association, the Federation of Canadian Artists and the Hospital Auxiliary. She has been a leader and mentor to all of us involved with the Arts Council for many years and this recognition is richly deserved.

The award itself was designed by another Arts Council board member, Ovvian, so it was a good day for the arts!
