Brett Kissel is THE country music story in Canada for the past few years and is making his way to Fort St John appearing at the North Peace Cultural Centre on November 9th.   The performance will be part of his “Airwaves Tour 2015”.

The 25 year old singer/songwriter has 4 nominations for this year`s Canadian Country Music Association awards show in Halifax in September including male vocalist of the year and single of the year and is currently enjoying unprecedented success with his single “Airwaves”.   Brett`s forthcoming second album will be released in September and his national tour this fall is expected to draw sellout crowds.

Even before release of his second album, Warner Music`s “It Started With a Kiss”, Kissel had already made radio history with more than 93% of Canadian country stations adding the first single…”It Started with a Song”.   Since the album`s release, Brett has been the talk of the Canadian country music scene. He has seen two of his music videos reach number one at CMT and has won his first Juno Award….being the first country artist to be awarded “breakthrough artist of the year” in 17 years.

Joining Brett on stage in a support role is Jordan McIntosh another up and coming country artist.   Tickets for the “Airwaves Tour 2015” are available at the North Peace Cultural Centre Box Office and on line.  The show is a presentation of Gee Dan Productions and 890 CJDC.
