Each year the Fort St. John Community Arts Council hosts its Elves Christmas Program, a series of holiday events beginning in November 2009. This exciting program serves as a fundraiser for the Arts Council and assists in the continued development of community arts programs and supports the growth of arts and culture in Fort St. John and the North Peace Region.
